Chart of Accounts Freeze Lifted 1st March 2013.
The chart of Accounts has been lifted. There are new forms that must be completed for Amendments to Cost Centres and Local Purpose Codes, these are found at the FPG Forms page. Forms must be signed by the appropriate delegate. In the short term this is the COA Divisional Point of Contact, a list is available at the Chart of Accounts page on the TEE Program Website. All sections of the form must be completed. Additional guidance on the creation of new values for the Cost Centre and Local Purpose Code values can be found at the FPG Chart of Accounts page.
Finance and Planning Group anticipate a high volume of requests for new Cost Centres and Local Purpose Codes, as such it may take longer than normal to process each request. To assist Finance and Planning Group manage this process we ask that divisions prioritise their requests with the most urgent only being sent in the first instance. Applications for less urgent new values can then be submitted over the coming weeks.
